ICELAND IN 4K

Visiting Iceland was something I wanted to do for a while. With my wife being from the United States, I would fly out to see her on a regular basis from England, and more often than not, I would have a layover in Iceland. I would look out the windows of the airport and dream of roaming the lands. On one particular trip I decided to stop in the country for 48 hours, hire a car, and go exploring in what I now realize is the most beautiful land that I've ever visited on planet Earth.

After spending an intense couple of days on my own, being present with the nature around me, and with little to no signal to communicate with the outside world, leaving really struck an emotional chord with me. On the plane journey home, I reflected on the vast, mostly isolated, country and came up with a concept for this video which entertains the idea that Mother Earth is an artist creating the world we see around us. Our life span in comparison to the universe and Mother Earth is minuscule, the narration explains how humans are just temporary visitors of a world that was here long before us, and will be here long after we're gone.
